Getting to Orange County

  • From New York State and Canada: Ride Amtrak to Poughkeepsie or Croton-Harmon. Arrange for a ride from the station to your final destination, or transfer to Metro-North for the ride to Beacon.
  • From New York Penn Station: Ride a NJ Transit train to Secaucus, NJ. At Secaucus, transfer to a Metro-North train to Port Jervis.
    Or: Take a taxi or subway (uptown 1/2/3 train to Times Square, then S or 7 train) to Grand Central Terminal, and then Metro-North's Hudson Line to Beacon.

Note: No checked baggage service to or from Poughkeepsie or Croton-Harmon
